Hello and welcome to my portfolio! I am an Ontario based Video Game Programmer, Designer, and Director of Bloodfeather Studio, with an intense passion for all things video games. With a strong coding background in C++ and C# and a deep understanding of todays modern game engines, I always make it my goal to make the abstract concrete through my creations.

Completed Works
Unity
I have developed a strong foundation in the Unity game engine, combining practical design experience with solid C# programming skills. I have worked extensively with Unity’s component-based architecture, building gameplay systems such as player controllers, UI interactions, and game state management. My experience includes implementing mechanics like combat, movement, and AI logic, as well as integrating physics, animation, and input systems. Through my work, I demonstrate an ability to translate gameplay ideas into efficient, well-structured C# code while leveraging the full range of tools Unity provides.
unreal
I have plenty of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, with a strong emphasis on C++ development and gameplay system design. I have built interactive mechanics such as combat systems, full enemy AI with working perception and EQS pathfinding, grappling hooks, and a fully functional gravity gun, demonstrating a solid understanding of Unreal’s actor-based architecture and event-driven framework. I am comfortable working within Unreal’s class structure, extending core classes like ACharacter and AActor to create custom gameplay behavior. I have experience integrating collision systems, triggers, and level interactions, as well as managing game flow through level resets and state control. In addition to programming, I am familiar with Unreal’s editor, including level design tools, Blueprint integration, and component setup.
Creative Writing
As my first and forever primary passion, creative writing is my strong suit. With a strong background in long form writing and self publication, I have completed one full length story around 300+ pages and have numerous fully completed Dungeons and Dragons campaigns in my history, both as a player and as a Dungeon Master. With this skillset, many writing tasks in game development such as quest writing, dialogue, and world building come easily to me.
